The spawn looks okay.
It has some nice details, but for examples are the holograms at the tutorial warp a bit to wide, which makes it more difficult to read them.
While the spawn looks good does it feel a bit empty. Add a few armour stands or NPCs to give the spawn some life!
"Player Info" on the scoreboard just shows me my name which is A) Useless as I should already know my in-game name and B) is a waste when you only show one thing and use an animation for it...
WorldGuard messages should be disabled. To do this run /rg flag (flag|__global__) deny-message -e
I first saw thought you actually get a special, custom made island but then realized it's only the command center and that the island you get is just another simple (default) island.
By the way: Getting hurt from falling leaves, when chopping down a tree is absolutely no fun.
I likestackable items thing.
The tablist looks a bit.... full, with all thos prefixes shown. It also studders a lot and I have the feeling that this isn't intentional.
Blocking /pl and even straight up lieing that you don't have any.... if that would be true, then how would you...
But again: You shouldn't block /pl in the first place.
/help is blocked... Why? It is one of the first commands player will use and the most informative and useful one.
You could have a GUI with categories or something else, but don't just block it.

The hologram is really hard to read. Try to make it brighter by using a light source underneath it.
The hologram says to click a sign behind me, but instead I have to click a NPC. You might wanna update that.
Also one of the sign misses a version ("Are you on").
Do you sereously think someone pays almost 400dollars for whatever currency you have?
The interactive tutorial is actually nice.
It helps fairly easy to get used and known to how the server works.
I can't use the warp sign in the public mine. It is "locked with a magic spell".
You should disable WorldGuard's no perm messages with /rg flag [region or __global__] deny-message -e
While the tutorial tells you to sell a cobblestone, you can actually buy one and it still progresses... Making you lose money.
Also you don't get a "IntroBook" like MythicMobs tells you.
There is no real way to skip the tutorial when going to /spawn
The bedspawn was not set for me, so I had to do it again... That was no fun.
There is a broken sign in the elevator of your government trading center.
Also can you attack the "Guard" there...
Come on! I can't even go into the underground/subway?
The plugins work pretty well, even tho I would wish you have used /help for a custom menu of some sort and not just deny access.
Extra point for blocking /[tab]. No annoying spam in 1.12 chat.

I don't get too much spammed in chat, when I join, but I still get greeted with quite some messages like how many votes I have and how much money I got.
Good idea, to have an NPC to give you help, when rightclicking it.
The Prison NPC shows "Coming soon" but the GUI shows it as already available?
Why does the console message me, when I found a pokemon?
Can the plugin not directly send a message? Also the coin/economy plugin already tells me that I got money...
(This is btw a good idea, to let people explore the spawn a bit more)
Overall is the spawn pretty decent build... I just found one or two build-flaws like some buildings partially floating in the air.
I got kicked from the SkyBlock server because "my playerlimit for this IP was already reached"?
Get a better plugin for that.
Also please don't use Caps and bold text... (Actionbar)
/help is not allowed/available for me on the spawn.... Why?
This is one of the first commands people will use when they join. So it's a better thing to show a custom response, than just blocking it.
And why only allowing it on SkyBlock? That makes no sense!
/[tab] isn't blocked and spams the chat. You should fix this.
The help-menu isn't really designed for people like me that use auto as GUI setting (Text is half off the screen)
The animation of the Server-selector is nothing else than distracting.
