I got a message from mcMMO, which you should perhaps hide, because it doesn't really match the chat.
Spawn looks simple yet has details and various places for information and discovery.
Scoreboard, info messages in chat and holograms all have a similar styling which helps keeping a theme.
I found a small cake (custom head) in one of the houses. Sadly this didn't had any effect or even just text for clicking it. This would be a neat thing to have in order to encourage people to explore the spawn a bit more.
Having custom heads for information is a good idea to give said info without it looking annoying (i.e. bunch of holograms at one place).
Scoreboard shows all info that might be useful, even tho I don't see a reason as to why the Server IP has to stand there. I joined through it, so I should know it.
The WorldGuard message (Hey! Sorry, but you can't ...) should be disabled: /rg flag __global__ deny-message -e
Should I be able to see AsyncWorldEdit commands? Because I can.
You shouldn't hide your plugins. It's already clear that you're using AnimatedScoreBoard, AsyncWorldEdit, QuickShop, InfoHeads, TAB (most likely), mcMMO, Citizens, HolographicDisplays and GriefPrevention to name a few.
Claiming some, if not most to be custom is a bad lie. Just be honest and show what plugins you use and support the devs of those.
Some Item text is too long for people who have set their GUI settings to "auto", making it nearly impossible to read text. One example is the GUI for buying InstantStructures.
It's annoying when you die and lose your items, because you then respawn at the spawn and with the random tp being the only option can you kiss your items goodbye.
On another note: The website/store you have doesn't have proper SSL set up, which is never a good thing for a shop to have.
I wouldn't feel save buying stuff on a store that is using http and not https.
